Legal agreement between you and TeqCliniq

Effective Date: 1st May, 2026

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of India.

These Terms govern your use of TeqCliniq, a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Clinicwave Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U62011PN2026PTC255348; hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered office at Doctors Colony, Gadhinglaj, Maharashtra 416502, India.

"Platform" means the TeqCliniq web application, mobile application, APIs, and all associated services.

"Practitioner" means any registered medical professional (Doctor, Intern, Ayurvedic practitioner) who creates an account on the Platform.

"Clinic/Hospital" means the medical establishment managed through the Platform.

"Patient Data" means all personal and health information of patients entered into the Platform by the Practitioner.

"Staff" means individuals granted access to the Platform by the Practitioner/Owner, including Receptionists, Billing Staff, Nurses, and Doctors.
