Trials, subscriptions, add-ons & refund process

TeqCliniq is operated by Clinicwave Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U62011PN2026PTC255348). This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our trials, subscription plans, and add-ons.

New users can start TeqCliniq with a 30-day ₹1 trial. The ₹1 is a one-time activation fee paid via Razorpay (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card).
At payment, you authorise an auto-debit mandate (UPI Autopay or card tokenization) under RBI guidelines.
The ₹1 activation fee is non-refundable.
On Day 31, your chosen subscription plan (₹199 / ₹499 / ₹999 per month) is automatically charged to your selected payment method.
As mandated by RBI, you will receive a pre-debit notification 24 hours before each recurring charge via email or SMS or WhatsApp.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before Day 30 from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Auto-Renew. If you cancel before Day 30, no subscription charge will apply — only the ₹1 activation fee will have been collected.
Cancellations within the 30-day trial do not entitle you to a refund of the ₹1 activation fee.
